Announcement of EHRA members online General Meeting

The Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) (Eurazijos žalos mažinimo asociacija), registered at Gedimino pr. 45-4, Vilnius 01109, Lithuania (actual address Verkių g. 34B, 7^th floor, Vilnius, Lithuania) announces the convocation of the members online General meeting, in the period from 24^th May 2021 to 6^th June 2021.

General meeting suggested agenda:

1. Approval of EHRA financial report for 2020 year (Statement from EHRA Treasurer will be sent until 24^th May, 2021); 

Timeline of the General meeting:

19 April, 2021 – announcement of the General meeting of EHRA members

19 April – 24 May, 2021 – documents for the General meeting are sent to members

24 May – 6 June, 2021 – online voting
