On 15-28 November, 2021 Eurasian Harm Reduction Association (EHRA) conducted General meeting of its members to elect 1 representative from the community of people who use drugs.
RESULTS
In total 68 persons identified themselves as people who use drugs. 39 votes were counted as not eligible.
The results of voting:
9 participants voted for candidate Janko Belin (31,03 % of all valid votes)
14 participants voted for candidate Aleksey Kvitkovskiy (48,28 % of all valid votes)
6 participants voted for candidate Pavel Divakov (20,69 % of all valid votes)
Aleksey Kvitkovskiy is elected for 3 years term as EHRA Steering Committee member to represent community of people who use drugs.
